On June 5, 2018 the Institute of Aviation held a meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education and VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland regarding Łukasiewicz Research Network.
Participants from the Polish and Finnish side participated in workshops devoted to the Łukasiewicz Research Network. The meeting provided information about Polish research institutes that will be part of the network and the proposal to divide them into competence centers. The initial strategy for the development of the Łukasiewicz Research Network in the first year of its operation was also presented, with particular emphasis on the integration plan of institutes. The meeting ended with the presentation of the Institute of Aviation’s research activities, cooperation with business and the commercialization of research results.
