Strength testing machine with an upper actuator and a T-slot lower worktable

Czas czytania: 3min

As part of the CRiTMiK project, Spectrolab has delivered a new MTS 322.21 strength testing machine to Łukasiewicz – Institute of Aviation.

The system features an upper actuator and a large T‑slot lower worktable, significantly enhancing our laboratory’s ability to perform advanced structural and component testing.

This new equipment expands our capacity to conduct static, dynamic, and fatigue tests across a wide range of engineering applications.

Key features of the new machine:

  • ±100 kN force range, minimum 150 mm actuator stroke
  • Large T‑slot worktable (~700 × 2000 mm) enabling flexible fixturing
  • Dynamic and fatigue testing capability up to 60 Hz

With this new test stand, we can now support an even broader portfolio of test scenarios in aerospace, automotive, energy, and mechanical engineering, strengthening our position as a leading structural testing facility.
A big thank you to the project team and to Spectrolab for ensuring a smooth and timely delivery!
