Łukasiewicz-Ilot consists of several dozen buildings serving as laboratories and office spaces. They are located across an area of more than 13 hectares.
From the perspective of architectural accessibility, the two most important buildings at Łukasiewicz–Ilot are the entrance building and the building housing the Management Board and most organisational units (Directorate Building).
The entrance building is accessed through doors located on the Krakowska Avenue side. The entrance is at pavement level — no wheelchair ramp is required.
The reception desk is located to the left of the entrance. Further access is controlled by gates. A designated passage for wheelchair users is available. The exit to the Łukasiewicz-Ilot premises is also located at ground level without obstacles. The ground floor includes an accessible restroom for persons with disabilities. The building has three floors and is not equipped with lifts.
The Directorate Building has four entrances, all at pavement level. It is equipped with four lifts connected to the building’s rooms by spacious corridors. Each floor has restrooms adapted for persons with disabilities.

The buildings do not feature Braille signage, contrasting markings, or large-print information for blind or visually impaired persons.
On-site Polish Sign Language (PJM) interpreter services are not available.
