The Institute of Aviation signed the „Just Culture” declaration which is aimed at increasing safety in civil aviation.

The agreement refers to the European Corporate Just Culture Declaration signed on 1st October 2015 in Brussels by Mrs. Violeta Bulc – the Commissioner for Transport to the European Commission, and aviation representatives.
The „Just Culture” constitutes a set of key principles on fair treatment in air incidents investigation. The signatories of the declaration agree to implement the Just Culture Key Principles in civil aviation organizations and to cooperate through exchanging experiences and encouraging various aviation sectors to incorporate the Just Culture internal rules.
The declaration was signed by the deputy director of the Institute of Aviation and scientific director, Mr. Cezary Galiński.
