We perform measurements of operational vibrations of machinery, equipment and vehicles during their operation. The data acquisition system used for this purpose makes it possible to measure vibrations at multiple points (up to 256 channels) using appropriate sensors, as well as to measure and record other physical quantities necessary for monitoring operation and evaluating the condition of the equipment under test.

Inputs are available for voltage sensors (+/- 10V), ICP/IEPE and strain gauge bridges (1/4-, 1/2-, and full bridge). The high sampling rate of the measurement system (up to 204 kHz) allows for the testing of fast-changing phenomena, such as collisions with the structure of objects fired from a air gun, or transient states, such as start-up or braking of the device.
