Tests in microgravity conditions

Thermal-vacuum chamber

As part of the Accreditation No. AB 132 of the Testing Laboratory for compliance with the requirements of the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard, we conduct tests in the field of resistance and strength to mechanical and climatic exposure, as well as functional tests of products.

Environmental tests – the scope of our services

We have the infrastructure to test the finished product in terms of mechanical and climatic tests after the production stage.

Vacuum tests + degassing tests

  • Weiss thermal-vacuum chamber:
    • Capacity 4.5 m3,
    • Vacuum level 10-6 mbar,
    • Temperature range -180°C to +165°C,
    • Cooling system: liquid nitrogen,
    • IS07 clean room,
    • Quartz Crystal Microbalance [QCM],
    • Residual Gas Analyzer (RGA).

Tests of resistance to changes in temperature and atmospheric pressure

  • CLIMATS 1000FCV 70/1 temperature/pressure test chamber connected to EVA-512 decompression testing unit:
    • Dimensions of the test section 1000x1000x1000 [mm] – (1000 l),
    • Temperature range -70°C ÷ +180°C,
    • Pressure range 1070 hPa to 10 hPa without temperature control or up to 50 hPa with temperature control.

Precipitation resistance tests

  • SWT 600/800 rain chamber with SIMPATI controller:
    • Test section dimensions 1810x1800x1800 [mm] – 5800 l;
    • Rotary table diameter 600 mm,
    • Tests according to DIN EN 60529

Solar radiation resistance tests

  • Sun simulation test chamber SUNEVENT SUN/1000:
    • Dimensions of the test section 1000x1000x1000 mm (1000 l),
    • Irradiation unit – metal halide lamp 2500 W;
    • Light range 280 – 3000 nm,
    • Irradiation 400 – 1125 W/m2.

Dust and sand resistance tests, IP tests

  • Dust test chamber ST 2000U with SIMPATI controller
    • Dimensions of the test section 1000x1900x950 mm (1800 l),
    • Testing possible up to 55°C according to DIN EN 60529 (IP 5X, IP 6X) and N0-06-A107:2005 defense standard,
    • Vacuum port.

Vibration tests in clean air
