The signing of the renewed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between IFAR (International Forum for Aviation Research) and ICAS (International Council of the Aeronautical Sciences) took place during the ICAS Conference on Septemeber 10, 2024. Thanks to this agreement, even more groundbreaking research and innovative solutions in the aeronautics sector are expected.

The renewed MoU marks a significant milestone in fostering closer collaboration within the aeronautics sector. It aims to:

  • Strengthen the presence of IFAR during ICAS conferences;
  • Facilitate the organization of more impactful events for aviation researchers;
  • Support the growth and development of researchers, helping them advance their scientific careers.

The agreement was signed by IFAR Chair Bruno Sainjon, Vice Chair Paweł Stężycki, and ICAS President Prof. Dimitri Mavris, with Executive Secretary Axel Probst.
