One of the largest air shows took place – LOTOS Gdynia Aerobaltic took place on August 16-18, 2019. The event attracted crowds of aviation fans who could spot planes and helicopters during aerobatics and at the static exhibition.
The Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Aviation presented at an exhibition stand located at the Gdynia – Kosakowo airport, where visitors could learn about selected products in unmanned systems and space technologies.
Visitors could see, the ILR-33 AMBER rocket model, the SUDIL anti-drone system and the Phoenix unmanned aerial vehicle used during remote sensing missions.
Marcin Spiralski and Karol Rotchimmel, the engineers from the Remote Sensing Department, were answering the visitors’ questions.
