With deep sadness and regret we received news of sudden death of our colleague Juliusz Piasecki, a wonderful boss and a friend, always serene and cheerful .
Juliusz Piasecki started working at the Institute of Aviation in 1982. Initially he was involved in the design of information systems for management purposes and in 1987 he became the head of the organizational and legal department, later called the organization and management department.
In 1992 he became the chief specialist for organizational and personal issues and the head of organizational and personal affairs.
Until the last moment he dealt with human affairs, far beyond in a manner that surpassed mere human resources management.
In his work he showed much empathy and kindness to the people who came to him with their personal problems, not always related to work. He always tried to solve problems that seemed impossible to solve and which suddenly, with his support became simple. No one was left unattended . Even in difficult situations, he could find a silver lining .
He will always remain in our memory.
