30th of June, professor Jerzy Merkisz received title of doctor honoris causa from senate of the University of Bielsko-Biala. Title was also supported by senates of Warsaw University of Technology, Lublin Unversity of Technology, Kielce University of Technology and Akademia Marynarki Wojennej. His promoter was professor Kazimierz Romaniszyn and reviewers professors Andrzej Teodorczyk and Leszek Piaseczny. Congratulations!
