The aim of the project “Innovative aerodynamic bicycle frame” is to design a bicycle frame with increased aerodynamic properties, in particular with aerodynamic drag lower by 2-6% than that of the competition bicycles. Works carried out at Ł-ILOT focus on:
- Analysis of the aerodynamics of bicycle frames, in particular examining the properties of the so-called aerodynamic bicycles.
- Optimization of the target bicycle frame.
The project is carried out in cooperation with Kross SA, the largest Polish manufacturer of bicycles.
