The third edition of the Polish-Brazilian Conference on Science and Technology was held on 6-8th of November 2017 at the University of Brasilia. The event was dedicated to partners in the area of innovation and high technology. The Institute of Aviation and University of Brasilia were the organizers of the conference.

THE AIM OF THE CONFERENCE
The purpose of the 3rd Conference is to bring together people from academic, industry, and government organizations. Moreover the aim is to exchange ideas and to strengthen cooperation between Polish and Brazilian partners in the area of innovation and high technology. The Conference has the aim to identify the condition and direction of development of Polish-Brazilian relations in the field of science and technology, and the challenges and problems associated with their implementation.
The 3rd Polish – Brazilian Conference will touch upon these main themes:
- New trends in aerospace technologies
- UAV technologies
- Defense and security
- Transportation
- Energy and resources
- Technical education

We invite and encourage you to participate in the 3rd Polish-Brazilian Conference on Science and Technology. The Conference is targeted towards:
- members of government bodies and organizations related to science and technology,
- academic researchers in aerospace and aviation, energy and environment, defense and security,
- R&D experts and managers,
- industry members,
- any other individual with an interest in the conference topics.
PARTICIPATION IN THE CONFERENCE
Authors who wish to present their papers at the Conference are kindly requested to submit their abstracts in the English language (max. 400 words) as soon as possible, however, no later than by 30th September 2017.
The deadline for submissions of presentations which will be presented during the Conference (in Power Point or pdf) is 30th September 2017.
The deadline for submission of the full texts for publication is 15th October 2017.
The submission of a paper implies the Author’s consent for it to be published in the third issue of “The Journal of Polish-Brazilian Science and Technology”.
Speeches and printed texts are accepted in English only.
In the case of a large number of applications the organizer reserves the right to select the topics presented at the Conference.
Participation in the Conference is free of charge.
Participants book and cover the costs of accommodation and travel on their own.
