The representative of the Institute of Aviation, Scientific Director Mr. Cezary Galiński takes part in the Boeing 787 First Delivery to the LOT Polish Airlines events, which began on 11 November in Seattle in the United States. In agenda there is a conference “Polish-American Cooperation in the Aerospace Sector – Partnership Through Innovation”, the opening of an exhibition in the Museum of Flight in Seattle commemorating Frank Piasecki and other polish aviation engineers, Boeing factory tour, a gala dinner, Performance of Witkacy Theater in Dom Polski and 14 November return flight to Poland on board of the Boeing 787. Landing and welcome ceremony of the new aircraft at the airport in Warsaw Chopin Airport will be held on November 15. PLL LOT is the first airline in Europe, which will have Dreamliners in its fleet the newest medium-size long-range passenger aircraft of Boeing.
