Her whole career has been in financial and operational issues in defense sector. She is also an active team memeber in strategic projects involving military issues. She has been particularly engaged in privatization processes, restructuring of Polish industry, especially defense sector and international affairs, she managed numerous complex projects which helped companies compete on the world market.
