Janusz Biliński

Janusz Biliński Ph.D. EE – graduated in Warsaw Technical University, Electric Department. Specialist in the field of railway systems, construction and operation of rolling stock and diagnostics of rolling stock: locomotives, trams, multiple units, coaches and subway trains.

The author (or co-author) of numerous publications in the field of rolling stock, normative documents, technical standards, requirements of technical articles. In MEDCOM is nominated as the Director for Traction Development and Quality Manager. In the past worked for Rail Research Institute in Warsaw, Siemens Poland, Rolling Stock Factory in Mińsk Mazowiecki. Member of Standardization Committee for Traction Equipment of Polish Standardization Committee (PKN).
