Mateusz graduated from Cranfield University (UK) in Advanced Lightweight Structures and Impact MSc in 2013. After graduation he started his work as Engineer in Warsaw Institute of Aviation in GE Aviation Systems where he joined the developing composite nacelle for Bombardier Global 7500/8000 business jet team. Since 2016 he has been working as Specialist at Center for Composite Technologies at Warsaw Institute of Aviation. During his time there he has been involved in development/manufacturing of composite blade for ILX-27 unmanned helicopter, composite test cowl for GE Aviation and recently composite wing-box demonstrator for ILX-34 aircraft.
