LANGUAGE – the editorial board accepts articles in English.

TITLE OF THE ARTICLE - should not contain any abbreviations and complex sentences subordinate

AUTHOR/AUTHORS - the title should be followed by the first name and surname of the author/s and In the next line the name of the instutution they work for and its full address. In the case of a few authors mentioned one after another, the name of each author should be followed by affiliation, i.e., the name of the institution and its address – and the name of each author should be marked as follows:

Below, the authors’ addresses should be given. Editors assume that the first name is of the person who can be contacted.

ABSTRACT- each item must be preceeded by a summary of the volume, so-called ‘Abstract’ of 120 to 200 words . It should describe the full content of the article . reflecting the content of the article.The summary should include:

- introduction, where the objectives of the work will be presented,
- methodology , a type of tests performed , a description of the study groups,
- conclusions (naturally consistent with the conclusions of the work itself), while here we present concrete results and we resign from providing them with a description.

KEYWORDS - a minimum of three keywords, the first of which is the name of the discipline that the work refers to.

And after the Bibliography, IN POLISH: Title of the article, Abstract and Keywords.

SHORTCUTS - each abbreviation should be explained immediately after presenting it in the text.

PATTERNS - mathematical formulas (also written in a pattern editor) published in technical publications are subject to the following rules:
• mean variables and one and two-lettered indices should be written in italics,
• digits, physical individuals (i.e. m, sec., kg) should be written in plain fonts, as well as, permanent physical and mathematical (e.g. e numbers, π, i) imaginary units, names of the function (sin, cos, tg, log, ln and the like), three- and more letter abbreviations of words put in indices (const, kryt),
• pay attention, where in the index the digit ”0”, and where the letter ”O” are supposed to be written,
• pay attention to the use of the variable ”i”, which is written straight and is very similar to number ”1”,
• Latin letter "v" (u) and Greek "v" should be (n) clearly distinguished in the print-out,
• numbers of patterns should be written in round brackets, on the right-hand side,
• Greek letters should not be written in bold.

TEXT- for writing an article intended for the publication at ‘Transactions on Aerospace Research’, one should use the editor Microsoft Word for Windows (from the package Microsoft Office 2007 or higher).
The article should be divided in logical chapters, numbered one by one as follows: INTRODUCTION, METHOD, RESULTS, DISCUSSION, SUMMARY. The volume should not exceed 16 pages of the typescript in the A4 format.

PICTURES and PHOTOGRAPHS - should be made in programs such as Corel Draw or Photoshop. Illustrations can be put directly in the text, or in separate, named files.In the text should be marked places where they are supposed to be inserted. All pictures and photographs should not have a smaller resolution than 300 dpi.

Tables, pictures and photographs should be consistently numbered and submitted with titles and sources; above tables, Left Alignment, under pictures and photographs , Center Alignment. If the given illustration has been made by the author, in the reference list we should write the name of the author and the year of the study, e.g. [Kaczorek. 2006] or [own study]. Otherwise after the description one should put the bibliography note e.g. [5] or [Kaczorek, 2009].

INFORMATION ABOUT THE SOURCE OF FINANCING - directly after the main text (before the list of literature) should be placed information about the sources of financing the publication and the contribution of other people, research centers, associations, etc., and their contribution to the publication (e.g.: “ The work was performed within the framework of the research project No. 7 of T07C 006 12 State Committee for Scientific Research financed by the State Committee for Scientific Research ").

A list of the bibliographical items should be presented alphabetically. All references for the list of bibliography should be marked in the text with Arabic numbers in square brackets. Bibliography should be quoted according to the ASME style. APPENDIX No 2.


1. The editorial section of ‘Transactions on Aerospace Research’ accepts for publishing works meeting publishing requirements.
2. The author listed as the first one on the list of authors will be treated by the editorial board, as the contact person and with this person the editing will be maintaining correspondence.
3. A declaration of the author, about the fact that the work has not been published before be as well as the possession of copyright to the text, tables and illustrations included in the submitted article. If the paper under the same title has been reported the conference, or the conference the declaration should contain information about the name, the place and date of this event.
4. Authors submitting the article are obliged to inform, in writing, the editorial board about the contribution of individual authors to the publication, source of finances of the publication, as well as the contribution of research institutions, associations and others. Listing as an author a person whose participation in the creation of the publication did not take place or was scanty is inadmissible.
5. The editorial board of the magazine recognizes as an author a person, who has contributed to the creation of the given publication ,i.e. has had a technical input. The data of the people, along with their affiliations, should be placed in the headline section. In the case a financial contribution to the text has been made, the name of such a person should be mentioned in acknowledgements written in the article.
6. The submitted work should be written in English.
7. The editor-in-chief (or his deputy) checks a compliance of the article with the thematic scope of the magazine and hands the article over to the thematic editor of the given discipline.
8.The thematic editor suggests reviewers of the article. They check fulfilling the authors’ conditions included in reviews and decide about publishing or rejecting the work.
9. The editor-in-chief (or his deputy) has the right to choose reviewers and check fulfilling conditions by possible authors as included in reviews. Where justified, the editor-in-chief (or his deputy) can hand these entitlements over to a member of the scientific council who is a specialist in the given field.
10.Their positive reviews are a condition of publishing the article. Reviews are written by two independent reviewers employed at a workplace different from that of the author/s of the assessed work (in the case of work published in English at least one of reviewers is affiliated at a foreign institution different from the nationality of the author of the work). The editorial board assumes the form of reviewing "double-blind review process" - which means that author/authors and reviewers do not know each other’s identities.
11. The review has a written form and includes the final conclusion regarding the release of the article for the publication (without changes or after implementing changes made by the author) or rejecting it.
12. Authors receive remarks of the reviewer in order to make changes in the text. Corrected articles should be sent to the editorial office in the time period not exceeding 14 days.
13. The editorial board refuses to publish works when signs of the scientific carelessness are revealed, i.e. "ghostwriting" (when somebody made an essential contribution to the publication without revealing his participation as one of the authors or without mentioning his role in acknowledgments in the publication) whether "guest authorship" (when the participation of the author is scanty or did not take place, and yet is mentioned as an author/co-author of the publication) and when the author expresses disapproval for introducing all necessary alterations suggested by the reviewer or the editing board.
14. All tests on the scientific carelessness, especially forging examinations or results of researches or committing any other scientific fraud, violating the Act on the Copyright and Related rights by authors will be unmasked and competent institutions will be notified of this fact.
15. The final decision about publishing an article is taken by the editor-in-chief or their deputy.
16. Once a year, in the last issue of the magazine, a list of reviewers who reviewed works submitted for publication, is published in the given year. The list of reviewers is also placed on the website of the magazine.
17. All articles accepted for publication, along with their abstracts, are also placed on the website of the magazine.
