One of the key aspects of utilizing its potential is a proper design of the catalyst bed and its auxiliary equipment. The international consortium established for the sake of EVACPRO aims at developing a solution requested by the European Space Agency. The task of \u0141ukasiewicz-ILOT in this project is to deliver mathematical models to be implemented in the ECOSIMPRO software \u2013 a leading solution in system simulations. Models identified in a literature study as well as the experience of \u0141ukasiewicz-Institute of Aviation will we used to provide a mathematical formulation of the operation of catalyst beds, which will then be implemented and verified by the remaining consortium members.
