This year\u2019s jubilee edition was a unique opportunity to summarize and present the achievements of institutes in the promotion and marketing of science.<\/h2>\n<p>The 10th European Forum MINIB was opened by the hosts of the meeting: Pawe\u0142 St\u0119\u017cycki, PhD. Eng., Director of the \u0141ukasiewicz Research Network \u2013 Institute of Aviation, and Professor Bogdan Sojkin, Chairman of the Forum Programme Council.<\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/e4CdRUAaQIQ\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>For the first time, the conference was attended by representatives of the \u0141ukasiewicz Research Network, headed by the director of the communication department, Pawe\u0142 Wochowski, who spoke about the rebranding of the \u0141ukasiewicz brand and presented a short film presenting the process of creating the new logotype of the Network.<\/p>\n<p>In total, the conference was attended by several dozen representatives of \u0141ukasiewicz\u2019s institutes, including, among others: \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 Welding Institute, \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 Pharmaceutical Institute, \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 Wood Technology Institute, \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 Electronic Materials Technology Institute, \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 Tele and Radio Research Institute, \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 Ceramics and Building Materials Institute, \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 Iron Metallurgy Institute, \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 Non-Ferrous Metals Institute, \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 Non-Ferrous Metals Institute, Pozna\u0144 Branch of CLAiO, \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 Automotive Industry Institute, \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 Agricultural Machinery Industry Institute, \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 Polish PORT Technology Development Center, \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 Institute of Polymer Materials and Dyes Engineering, \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 Building and Rock Mining Mechanization Institute, \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 Electronic Drives and Machines Institute KOMEL, \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 \u201cTABOR\u201d Rail Vehicles Institute and \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 Leather Industry Institute.<\/p>\n<p>The Forum also attracted numerous foreign guests. Opening speeches were delivered by Catalin Nae PhD, Director of INCAS, who introduced the participants to the experience of Romanian institutes in promoting science and knowledge, and Professor William Bradley Zehner II (IC2 Institute, University of Texas), who devoted his presentation to systems management and Skinner\u2019s psychological theories.<\/p>\n<p>Speeches of the conference speakers concerned, among others, networking of research institutes in selected European countries, a wide range of communication strategies, image building, promotion, Internet communication (including social media), marketing automation, reputation measurement methods and public relations activities.<\/p>\n<p>The added value of the two-day Forum was the Polish and English language workshops covering the issues of communication of research organisations and cooperation between science and business.<\/p>\n<p>Participants also had the opportunity to present their research work at a poster session organized during the first day of the Forum.<\/p>\n<p>The forum gathered a total of 90 participants from Poland, Romania, USA, Germany, Croatia, Slovenia and Belarus.<\/p>\n<p>The honorary patronage over the conference was taken by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education and the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-104225 gallery-columns-3 gallery-size-thumbnail'><figure class='gallery-item'>\n\t\t\t<div class='gallery-icon landscape'>\n\t\t\t\t<a href='https:\/\/ilot.lukasiewicz.gov.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/47\/2019\/11\/minib_2019_01.jpg'><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/ilot.lukasiewicz.gov.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/47\/2019\/11\/minib_2019_01-150x150.jpg\" class=\"attachment-thumbnail size-thumbnail\" alt=\"\" aria-describedby=\"gallery-1-71863\" \/><\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<figcaption class='wp-caption-text gallery-caption' id='gallery-1-71863'>\n\t\t\t\t10.
