This year\u2019s event attracted 55 experts in the field of rotorcraft from Poland and abroad. Conference participants were welcomed by the deputy general director, Sylwester Wyka.<\/h2>\n<p>The conference was divided into four thematic sessions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Helipads,<\/li>\n<li>Rotorcraft \u2013 history and future,<\/li>\n<li>Rotorcraft operation \u2013 selected topics,<\/li>\n<li>Design and research.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>During the forum, presentations of the following institution representatives were given:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Widener University, Pennsylvania,USA<\/li>\n<li>Polonia Technica, New York, USA (Association of Polish Engineers and Technicians Polonia Technica USA),<\/li>\n<li>NOISE ACH,<\/li>\n<li>SVANTEK Sp. z o.o.,<\/li>\n<li>Polish Medical Air Rescue,<\/li>\n<li>West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin,<\/li>\n<li>Air Force Institute of Technology,<\/li>\n<li>Southern Federal University \u2013 Russia,<\/li>\n<li>Polish Air Force University,<\/li>\n<li>Lublin University of Technology,<\/li>\n<li>Silesian University of Technology,<\/li>\n<li>ATO Avioner,<\/li>\n<li>WB Technology,<\/li>\n<li>\u0141ukasiewicz Research Network \u2013 Institute of Aviation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The participants of the conference were also students of the Polish Air Force University, for whom the tour to the Institute\u2019s laboratories was organized.<\/p>\n<p>The National Rotorcraft Forum was also an excellent opportunity to present a new and revised edition of the popular book by Ryszard Witkowski \u201cHistory of the helicopter\u201d.
